We believe consistency and reptation produce success. Our Total Training program and facilities provide the culture and opportunity for our athletes to own their development daily.
Testing and Results Tracking
-Each athlete is tested in the Spring, Summer, and Fall to track progress and give feedback
Off ice workouts are 4-5 days a week and consist of:
-High speed/sprints
-Resistance or weighted speed
-Power and strength exercises
-Prehab movements
On ice sessions are 2-3 days a week:
-Skating (edges, glide, overspeed)
-Shooting
-Positional Skills
-Unstructured Small Area Games
