With smaller group sizes these programs are INVITATION ONLY. We would like to provide the opportunity to as many players as possible while fulfilling the requirements we feel gives our players the best coaching that we can.
JERSEYS INCLUDED
Off ice workouts (7th/8th Group and Girls HS)
-High speed/sprints
-Resistance or weighted speed
-Power and strength exercises
-Prehab movements
-Testing
-Individualized Programs
On ice sessions are 2 days a week:
-Skating (edges, glide, overspeed)
-Shooting
-Positional Skills
-Unstructured Small Area Games
